All rooms are strictly no smoking. Should smoking occur, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning
fee of $100 which will be charged to the account holder.
Cancellation Policy – All cancellations must be received by the Loxton Community Hotel Motel 24 hours prior
to the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation, unless the
room can be filled.
